I think the best start is to go to nowlearning.servicenow.com and take the WElcome to ServiceNow micro-cert. Then explore some of their career paths.

Thanks, Rob. I just finished the NextGen program, and I have my PMP, ITIL 4, CSA, & I'm working on the CIS ITSM. I also have a few micro certs, including Flow Designer. I have PM experience from Transportation & Logistics. However, my goal is to move into IT Project Management. What roles should I be focused on within ServiceNow given my experience & credentials? What other certifications should I look into? Thanks!

If you want to move into IT Project management stop doing stuff that has nothing to do with Project Management. You already have your PMP. MANAGE PROJECTS. Don't be distracted by other technical skills you won't use as a PM.

Hi Robert, is it worth looking at the Technical Project Manager career journey at ServiceNow? I have an IT background and a certification in project management, and will love to upskill to give me a chance of landing more opportunities. Thanks

All certs are merely tokens. Abstractions of hope that a certain amount of experience is present.
If you're an exquisite PM, you already have those tokens.
I know this because I've worked with exquisite PMs, and nobody would batted an eyelash that they didn't have the "technical project manager" servicenow cert.
