Do the fish oil and vitamin D work?

To be completely honest, I went a year without both 2 years ago and when I started taking them again, I didn't notice any difference but I still continue to take them just in case I've been doing pretty good because of them 😂
      Do you?

My wife was just diagnosed with MS this year.☹️ We are hoping between the medication and the vitamins. This will slow her progression down..

That must have been scary 😔
We can still live good lives in spite of MS 🙂 #MScansuckit
Even though there wasn't a big change for me with vitamins and fish oil, it might be different for her.
People will say a lot about what you should be doing or eating but if it's helpful to know, I'm reading The Wahls Protocol. I have not completely changed how I eat but after making some changes for maybe 4 months, I noticed I wasn't as severely fatigued and I didn't have as much tingling/numbness in my face.
My goal is to eventually switch to eating as is recommended in the book. Just completely giving it a shot for a year. I may not have access to medication later this year so I have nothing to lose.
      Fingers crossed!

These titles encourage a lot of questioning so I avoid it. What's your reason? 😛
