As a plant based chef in Cuenca, I can say it is absolutely possible to be vegan here. Last time I saw you, it was in Feria Libre, I hope we can connect again soon.
I'm glad you chimed in on this, Bēla. Yes, I remember meeting you and Mico at the Feria Libre. Yes, it would be nice to connect again. I recall you saying you'd have some dining experiences/pop-ups in the future. We'd like to attend if we can make it. Please keep us posted. You have me on facebook.
Judith& Duke you'll have to show me your favorite spots in the Mercado, Duke is an excellent chef😊 I can't wait to meet my favorite couple 😊7 more months left in America. Thanks guy's I appreciate all your lovely videos.
Hahahaha, Thanks Toni. Duke is indeed an excellent chef. I know you're counting down the days till you arrive in Cuenca. Thank you for as usual, watching and commenting.
I've lived in Cuenca for 5.5 years. I've been at the coast since May and REALLY miss my Feria Libre y mi muy bonito ciudad de Cuenca! Coming back soon!
Another one out the ballpark, music, cinematography and how can one not fall head over heels on the prices, wow.🎉🎉🎉🎉 must think seriously about making "the move".....😊😊😊😊
Amazing what 20 bucks can get you in Ecuador meanwhile in America you are lucky to come out with 3 items from the store for the same price. Also you guys are ale to buy healthy food. in America eating healthy is considered luxury.
Your meal looks sooooo dang Yummers!!! Mmmm I've always wanted to try plantain, it looks delicious. You two really know how to cook! I am always so blown away by the markets there in Ecuador, so many different foods. It is beautiful to see such an abundance.

Good thing your range is GAS :-) Its going to start raining , then there will be those complaining about too much rain. *FARMERS NEED RAIN* Thanks for all your hard work. Its noticed and appreciated. You are a professional. (both) Can I come to dinner ;-) ? Soon......(you both have lost weight. look great)
Aww, you'll be fine. The process can be overwhelming, but you just have to take it one day at a time. You can start with an airbnb, and take your time to house hunt/apartment search, doing this will help you get familiar with the different sectors of the city. Wishing you all the best with your transition.
Yes, you're right. Local Businesses have been massively affected by the power outages. A few have also adapted by getting generators. Glad you enjoyed the video☺️
