As someone with this ondler LS Driver who also hits the ball to mid 160 mph range and struggles a bit with taking the accuracy, this review was perfect and the reason I’ll see if the new gen can help me out a bit with my fade right misses. Thanks for this head to head, it was perfect!
Excellent review. I have the older LS with the Gen4 shaft. Your review also sent me to the shaft review. Very well done. This was very helpful. The older LS is a great driver. Replaced all the other brands I had, even though Ping G430 is still my fairway and hybrid. The new LS has the front and back weights like my old favorite from years ago, the Cobra F9. Is the new model worth a trade up for me? Probably not, but someone starting into the Srixon LS, the head and shaft combination that you mentioned should be considered, along with the cheaper price for the older model. Great job. Thank you. Cheers!
I like to compare old to new with people, with NO intention of buying ... That's my favourite one to do ...See if a golfers Driver can be outperformed ...and fill the golfer with confidence in their own kit ..Now and then there's more to be had from a new driver or a new shaft but it curbs the curiosity so they can crack on with getting round a golf course with no doubt :)
@@DonJohnson-TheBassPlayer My favourite scenario is needing new clubs to match the place a golfers swing has progressed to (or regressed, but that rarer 🤣)
Ahhhh I meant to try that earlier in the studio but got side tracked! They're a different shape ...Might fit old in to new with a weird gap but will try and remember to check when I'm next in!
After watching this video, bunkered golf’s and 2nd swings all on the new Zxi I’m sold. It is clearly a low spin, consistent spin, high smash factor, tight dispersion beast. Definitely on my short list for my fitting Jan 30th when these are all released. Would love to see a comparison from you on Zxi Ls, g440 lst, and qi35 ls.
I'd love to compare! Ill have the Callaway demo kit in soon to compare ...Ping and Taylormade, I'll be waiting to see if any regular tinkering customers bring one in for adjustments and i'll ask nice if I can borrow it for a vid!
@ awesome gonna try out the new LS this weekend and if it gives me better numbers than the MKii LS I might just switch. Do you know if the Center of gravity lower or the same as the MKII?
I get what you mean there! Low tee fairway finder is no problem ...Spin keeps down very well ...The bomber off a high tee just ....just has a missing couple of mm compared to the Ai Smoke Triple diamond for example :)

Check this bad boy out as well :) ua-cam.com/video/QpWgNGvzhpg/v-deo.html
Feel like I must of had a stroke typing this comment after re reading, but now I can’t edit it 😅😂 glad it somehow got the message through.
@alexmills1329 🤭😋
First here for another great comparison video
Top man! Cheers :)
@@FredzGolfFreddie which driver you prefer between the new Srixon LS and the PXG Blackops that you reviewed on the channel ?

Can you review the Ping 440 please mate?
Do like the look the zxi ls. Hope you have a head to head comp for all the new ones in the pipeline. Please 🙏
I'll get hold of as many as I can ...relying on regular tinkerers that come in for tweaks to lend them to me though haha
@FredzGolf fingers crossed some generous righties out there. Im no good to you im a lefty
Hi presumably the weights from the ZX driver can not be used at all in the new ZXi driver? Great content as ever.

You're welcome 😊
A comparison between the 440 Max and the 430 10k would be amazing 👍🏻
If chance happens one through the doors in a customers hands, I'll ask nicely :)

@@FredzGolf I'm in the same boat as @Chris.Cliver please do a head to head with the low spin heads that give you the best results.
@@michaelocean4788 I'll see what I can get hold of :)
@ Awesome!
Are the shaft adapter from the zx5 interchangeable to the new zxi?
@cassteffy5509 Yes they are ...just different max amounts of adjustments, but they both fit 👍

Just wish the LS had a much deeper face you can utilise it a bit more. i.e low tee fairway finder, high tee etc
I get what you mean there! Low tee fairway finder is no problem ...Spin keeps down very well ...The bomber off a high tee just ....just has a missing couple of mm compared to the Ai Smoke Triple diamond for example :)
Why didn’t you use the same shaft in both. Seems like that would be a better way to compare heads. Obvious ?
@EannMcCullough Because they come "off the shelf" with the shafts I tested - would do a seperate test for same shaft 😁
Newer model always wins by 5 yards.
Not always, I'm editing a video now where the results were not as good!
