The only working thing i found was to factory reset my samsung a21s not via the settings since it didnt work but via the panel that you can access by clicking the power buttons and volume buttons in a certain way. Also it may say if you dont use the same email as old email your phone will stop working but thats not true.

Trying everything next thing is to pay $$$$$ for getting it fix , the amount citizens pay for a cellular phone ! After 6 months got to go in a repairs store to spend $$$ to fix a cellular, REALLY SAMSUNG this is my last cell from you will never buy Samsung again ! $400 for a phone used 6 months this is not the only issue Samsung have, many many problems it my last one this video didn't not help at all !
The truth is the only way I was able to remove it was plugging it to a computer and then pressing the volume up button and power button down and factory resetting it. The phone has to be off and make sure u know the Google password and email.
