- For those that moved out of the area coming for memories and those still here that are also coming for memories - Store closes Sep 28th
I was a bagger and carryout young guy in high school when I worked there back in the mid 80's. Lots of great memories of that store. It's interesting to see how they've moved things around since then. Thanks for taking us on this tour.
My honor...frankly this and a video I will make the last day it is open will remain the only two video documents of the entire SH flagship when it was opened, so years from now this will be priceless
I cannot imagine how important it will be for former workers and customers to see this in years to come, having the store magically come alive again long after it has went to its eternal rest along with "Mr Walt" himself
good to see linda is going to homewood
Most of management is going homewood
Only a couple managers - Bill and the main manager and one assistant manager, Meagan is kinda sorta manager too, she works the customer booth most of the time with Bill if he is not on his rounds
Vast majority of workers cashiers and stockers, prob most will not be able to get to the other locations, most are struggling, one lives in a trailer and takes the bus there
@@scottkuzminski8114 booth people aren't quite managers more of front end supervisor
victor said he's going crete
bill is unsure
the real sad part is just the people with only 1 job may not have slots without lots of time and travel
say tammy without a car...long walk to homewood...
