With the drinking before competition...I think key is to not try to make any drastric changes right before a competition. In general, it's probably better not to drink before a competition but, if drinking is what your body is accustomed to, don't change it last minute. A sudden significant change (like not drinking) is likely to have negative or at least unpredictable effects in the short term.
We should have events that are like rolling festival. the events should have many organic and creative divisions with categories like age, style division. mini ramp. P rails. invert stall. slam dunk comp!..
