I've become interested in these smart rings and have had a hard time figuring out which ring was better suited for me and this helped tremendously. Thank you. I think one thing you could improve on for these videos would be categorizing sections on UA-cam so viewers can time skip and lastly, have a conclusion / breakdown in the end of pricing (with/without subscription), msrp, colors, and just accuracy of data and rating of UI.
I bought the BKWAT smart ring, which surprised me. It has extraordinary performance and exquisite appearance at one-third of the price. I wore it at night to test my sleep and it was great.
Thanks for watching (my other videos too -ha)! It was the same size for me when I switched from the Gen 1 to 2. Just got a notice that Ultrahuman has plenty of updates coming out later this month. It'll be interesting to test out. You'll probably see the update when your ring arrives or shortly thereafter!
Okay, another question. If you wore these simultaneously for comparison, which rings were on which finger? The index will have an advantage for accuracy, but it would be hard (though not impossible) to wear them all on the index fingers.
Thanks for watching! That is a tough one because they keep coming out with updates! lol. At the moment, I like the Luna ring the best. However, Ultrahuman just announced an update coming out this month that is supposedly improving on accuracy is various areas and some other features. If you want on demand SP02 measuring, then RingConn would be the way to go.
@@elijahignacio Thanks for watching! The rings tend to over exaggerate on the steps you have taken. Right now, my Apple Watch says 799 and, for example, the Oura ring gen 4 says 1255
Thank you, I was thinking of getting a ring but i mostly use my watch for tracking activity, the inaccuracy aint gonna cut it for me, also you deserve more views!
I have the Ringconn 2 & like it so far. I think the interface is easy to use and the information seems accurate. For sleep tracking, it lays out all of the times that I awake at night which I find to be pretty accurate. I am still trying to understand HRV a bit more. It would be nice if they gave a better explanation in the info section on the app (such as what is a healthy number and ways you can make it better.)
@@Jorge-b3i1b Thank you for the kind words and for watching! As of right now, no, there’s no on demand hrv or blood oxygen measurements. I spoke in the phone with a top engineer and he told me (because I asked the same question) that there will be an update with on demand measurements by the end of the year. Obviously, I’m just the messenger and can’t promise anything but hopefully Luna pulls through unlike Ultrahuman who has made similar statements and didn’t live up to them.
LOL - thanks for watching! I haven't personally tested that ring out. I have heard that its accuracy is not great, but again, I'm just going based on what I've heard.
@@DRiSHTi103 It’s tough. Both are great products. I think the Luna and Oura are the most accurate. I really like Luna’s app and perhaps even more than Oura’s! I only wish Luna made a brushed silver color like Oura. Luna doesn’t have a monthly fee and has a better app layout. I put them almost at the same. Hard decision! If Luna had brushed silver, that would push me over to Luna. Without brushed silver, they are the same to me personally, which are the best 2 on the market in my opinion.
I feel like you might be too afraid to alienate part of your audience by giving an opinion. All I really know from watching your video is that you don't believe the Ultra human rem stats are currently reported, and you liked the previous oura ring app design more than the new one. You've left things too broad, and are relying on the audience to draw opinions/conclusions too much
@@MikeReviewsForYou All good - I appreciate the reply and how you took my comment. Sometimes the way I write can come across pretty direct and confrontational, just because that's how I prefer to receive feedback. I genuinely wish you the best, and look forward to your future videos :)
Thinking of getting an Ultrahuman for my partner… although the Luna looks good too. She mainly wants step and sleep tracking. The Luna ring comes from India, and I’ve seen some reports of terrible customer service. Any thoughts? Australia here (so *everything* is more expensive!).
Hi there - thanks for watching! I can't comment on customer care as I haven't had to reach out to them for any reason. I have had interactions with a senior engineer who I could say is very dedicated to making their product the best in the market and seemed more dedicated compared to other engineers at the other companies I have spoken with. I love the Luna ring. I only wish it came in the brushed/matte silver color like Oura, but other than that, Luna is currently my favorite. Ultrahuman has an awesome app, but I find their sleep stages/accuracy to be questionable. They released a feature to tell you how much vitamin D you're getting from the sun, but I'm thinking how would the ring know that? It doesn't have a sensor to know when you're outside unlike an Apple Watch. RingConn is the thinnest ring out of them all, so if that's important, check out RingConn which also is the only ring to detect sleep apnea. Ultrahuman is the chunkiest ring.
Hi and thanks for watching! I really didn't review these from an activity point of view. Only from the sleep tracking perspective... The reason is that I found all of the rings to be highly inaccurate compared to my Apple Watch. Sorry I don't have a better answer for you on this.
The fact you wore them on different fingers could explain some of the variations, all aside you need get in shape dude! Your sleeping HR should be low 50s and your HRV upwards of 50-60s.... 😊

9:40 The Core sleep in the Apple Watch is the so called 'light sleep'. Supposedly they call it 'Core' to avoid what people would naturally associate with 'light' sleep (since we're supposed to have around 50% or more of this 'light' sleep phase every night)
My problem with all of these is that they're too expensive. The ring is expensive. Should be under $200 when all I care about is sleep analysis. And then I don't know why there needs to be a subscription, I just need the ring to tell me how my sleep went, but if there is a subscription, let's keep that to something reasonable like $10 per month.
@@cs51207 hi there and thanks for watching! Only the Oura ring has a subscription for $6/month. The rest of the rings don’t have subscriptions. You may want to consider the Luna ring that has no subscription and is cheaper than the Oura ring and is top notch in my opinion.
Thanks for watching! I personally prefer Luna's app. While RingConn's app provides everything you need, I just like the interface better on Luna. Also, if you have sleep apnea or want a slimmer ring, RingConn would probably be the way to go. Otherwise, I really like Luna.
