Nefaria needs his Ionic overcharge to reduce opponent's regen and power rate + hits harder,
But void rely on Debuffs and sucks against purify champs,
If you using Nefaria you can activate ionic overcharge without placing debuffs by using parry if you are fighting against a debuff purify champs
