Everybody but Tony Curtis deliberately hams it up in this one. Note Natalie Wood's posturing and spouting of slogans in her meeting with Goodbody, the Sentinel's editor/publisher.

Jack Lemon and Peter Falk… Just Awsome actors capable of comedy to drama and then some.
They are so much fun in this movie. I was also impressed by how well Natalie Wood held her own with these comic geniuses.
