My friend was accused of a serious crime in the military 32 years ago. The lady gave two testimonies in an Article 32 hearing. Two doctors gave their testimonies as well. Several months later while waiting for trial, the military told him to sign off on the plea deal or they would send him to prison. He was scared so he signed. Six years ago the VA told him he had to get his discharge characterization upgraded or they couldn't provide a hip replacement surgery. He finally faced his ptsd over the incident and submitted a request. After several months and with help of a congressman and senator, the various agencies finally tracked down the investigation packet. There were no less than five sworn statements (I assume this means depositions) from the girl who accused him of this crime that he had never seen before. In one of them, the elements required to have happened in order to have committed the crime he was charged for, she admitted did not happen. The attending doctor's notes and assessment were in this packet as well with comments that contradicted his testimony and hers. He lost his entire career over something that did not happen and the 'deposition' and 'discovery' would have proved that if representation and authority were honest. What did the military decide about upgrading his discharge characterization based on all of this evidence? Denied.

I really like this video. My name is Desiree and I live in Florida. I have deposition this Friday and Jus don't know what to expect and I'm hoping I don't give too much info to hurt my case or to avoid more accusations I don't know how my mood will effect me during this time. That's why I'm trying to hope for the best and God Grace's to lead me to right set of mind to answer each question . Thank you for giving me some idea maybe to avoid a question almost if I really scare to answer incorrectly. Cause I don't want it to hurt or effect it to where my son is taken from me. I am hurting emotional and I don't wanna show no emotion because My son's paternal grandmother is suing me and lying about taking my son and also saying that my son's been living with her for over a year and all of his life almost even since his surgery it's been really aggravating because they have been lying on the summons and motion to retrieve temporary custody in my state. It's just really frustrating and praying that justice goes in my favor. And hoping for the best. Thank you for helping me having idea setting what to see or what would happen. In result of my responses and I might have to just listen to question over and over because my concentration will be tested this Friday.

What happens when the plaintiff requested the depo and the judge granted and have the plaintiffs lawyer was given 7 days to submit paperwork to the defendant lawyer and the plaintiffs lawyer never did. Dose the defendants lawyer file a motion to not do the depo? Is the plaintiffs lawyer in attempt being the judge ordered them to produce the documents?
