Hi firstly I absolutely love your UA-cam videos and find them very informative. I have a question for you. I have been using a Garmin nuvi 765 gps for approximately 15 years now and I was wondering if you could tell me if there is a later model that has almost the same features as the 765. I have been using mine for courier work everyday. The most important thing I like about it is that I can change the map icons to whatever I like and also make detailed notes on the title for example if I have a delivery I can also change the name of the title to 2 boxes or 3 boxes so I know everything I need to know when I get to that stop. I can also change the map icon to the letter P for a pick up. Your feedback regarding this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thx Tim
Unfortunately many of the newer models have been deprived of some useful features that were available on the older ones. Due to corporate greed they only have these features available on their Truck and Fleet GPS series, and they charge an arm and a leg for it. In addition to that the good old Garmin Nuvi 765 could transmit the GPS Voice to an FM Radio with selectible frequency, that is no longer available on any of the newer models.
