honestly the AT-TEs being single person vehicles (from what i remember, I haven't played in years) is kind of a letdown. I was wanting to be able to crew one with the boys
This reminds me of a time I played Battlefeild 1 and there was a squad in a bomber that was wrecking house. Teamwork is something that can't be ignored
Every time me and the boys roll up on the ATTE's and start crushing the opposition, I like to blare Ride of the Valkyries as loud as I can, makes for a hell of an experience
I remember one game where I joined and the Republic had 4 AT-TE's left, I got in one and 2 of us reached the Capture point, and immediately lost both to AAT's artillery and explosive Sentries, and I ran back to the very last one we had, and if felt so good being escorted by the entire time and for people in TX-130s diverting the attention of the AAT's, some dude as Obi Wan rushing the sentry droids, and when I got to the point again, I just entered the heavy gun and killed 5 droids at once, and the entire team was right in front laying suppressive fire onto the opposing team I felt like the actual main character for that entire round
You can angle the ATTE on one of the rocks when it spawns and you can snipe the rocket ships without getting shot. Make sure to advance when the 2nd one goes down so you don’t get spawn killed by the out of bounds barrier as it moves up
Sounds lame I'm not usually down for cheesing multiplayer games, got better things to do than waste everyone's time ruining the gameplay with shit like that
If ATTE’s go aggressive and play SEMI well they will body. Provided you don’t fight hardcore cheaters, which I have seen on console, I got no idea how but yeah
Sometimes a bad ATTE crew is just as big as a saviour, one time one of our ATTE got caught behind the left techno union ship, won us the game because the enemy basically couldn't hit it or get close enough to do sustained damage XD
Every time I play this map even in 2024 there’s 4 arc troopers spamming secondary on the cliff where the ATTEs spawn and the droids can’t do shit about it because of the sand storm
I really wished people still played this on PC. Even on the weekends it sometimes takes 20 mins just to find a lobby and then theres the waiting for enough players to join to actually start the match. People usually get impatient and leave during the second part and then the game never starts :(
The ATTE has some design flaws; It needs the armor to go down around the legs, to make them less of a weak point, maybe add some repulsorlifts along the belly to help with the increased weight that would cause. Those new lower plates need to be retractable so it can cover rough terrain still, of course. Secondly, it needs a small plasma mortar as its rapidfire secondary weapon, like the big one, but so it can flush out trenches and heavily-reinforced positions where line-of-sight fire would be ineffective, having its main anti-personnel weapon be line-of-sight is just begging for some sandbags and rocket launchers, especially in a Main Battle Tank.
They used to habe really amazing staps but those got nerfed into the ground shortly after geonosis came out. The entire speeder class became useless after that nerf.
@@iAmScope2 you used to be able to go on decent killstreaks with those speeders on starkiller base. There was this one spot near the resistance spawn on top of this hill where you could "speeder snipe". Man the good old days
I thought it was so badass when the jedi mounted your AT-TE. how do these AT-TEs work? Are they controlled by just 1 player? What about the blast wave I keep seeing? What are those blasts doing?
You start the game with 100 respawns for the whole team, when you complete the first objective of calling for help and restarting the first AT-TE, the game gives you as many AT-TEs as respawns left in the tens place +5, yes they are controlled by one player, with 3 abilities, tactical support which buffs nearby infantry, seige mode, where you can't move but can control the main gun, and the 3rd ability is for the second phase of taking out hardcell transports, they are shielded and the weird blast wave is the 3rd ability which temporarily disables the shielding of the transports, after the 3rd phase it's just an artillery shot with an arc that does more damage This is a year old but I'm leaving this here for people who don't know yet
At the very start of the video, if you take it to the right on the higher part where that spike is, you can hit the hardcells with the emp thing from way in the back.
I remember on day one of the geonosia update i got a 40 player killstreak with these walkers. Too bad all it takes now is a roller that hids under you cause the team won't actually protect you
Best thing for me was when someone as Anakin jumped onto the top and actually protected me from blasters and sentries by deflecting the shots while 4 guys as regular infantry stayed in front of me preventing rollers and speeders from flanking me, and they stayed alive because anyone who tried to kill them I would just shoot (including a Greivous player who tried to kill one only to die to the main cannon of the tank)
I'll often use Iden's sniper way at the back of the map and melt advancing ATTE's, this only works because no one really pushes with the ATTE haha awesome video btw, this was satisfying to watch

honestly the AT-TEs being single person vehicles (from what i remember, I haven't played in years) is kind of a letdown. I was wanting to be able to crew one with the boys
Can't carry multiple players, can't even use the rear turrets...
The way you had the Jedi on top with you in the end was pretty cool
That Rey was a paid Actor
I was in the ATTE once and provided to be a scary artillery piece. It was fun
This reminds me of a time I played Battlefeild 1 and there was a squad in a bomber that was wrecking house. Teamwork is something that can't be ignored
That was super cinematic. I still have trouble believing that this is a real video game.
Every time me and the boys roll up on the ATTE's and start crushing the opposition, I like to blare Ride of the Valkyries as loud as I can, makes for a hell of an experience
"Just like the simulations!"
I have such luck on my last battle on Geo. I got the first AT-TE, and survived until the very end, when we won. I had maybe like 500 hp at the end.
Aim right above the fuel cells….
I love how the Jedi was just riding your AT-TE
Ayo 🤨
I once solo carried an entire Geonosis battle with an ATTE. I blew up both generators and ended up winning the match
now imagine your team sitting in the back with ATTE's while theres an Iden on the other side ripping their cheeks into two
whats an Iden
@@EternalDawnIden Verso, if I had to guess, one of the characters from the story mode.
I can watch this for days
its so good
would love a mission like in battlefield with the old british tank but set with literally any of the starwars walkers in any corresponding era.
I remember one game where I joined and the Republic had 4 AT-TE's left, I got in one and 2 of us reached the Capture point, and immediately lost both to AAT's artillery and explosive Sentries, and I ran back to the very last one we had, and if felt so good being escorted by the entire time and for people in TX-130s diverting the attention of the AAT's, some dude as Obi Wan rushing the sentry droids, and when I got to the point again, I just entered the heavy gun and killed 5 droids at once, and the entire team was right in front laying suppressive fire onto the opposing team
I felt like the actual main character for that entire round
Really looks cool seeing all those blaster bolts flying everywhere
The AT-TE is, hands down, my absolute favorite Star Wars ground vehicle and I would happily fight anyone that sought to deny me the chance to drive it
It's a shame it suck here, but better in a game made 13 years ago
You can angle the ATTE on one of the rocks when it spawns and you can snipe the rocket ships without getting shot. Make sure to advance when the 2nd one goes down so you don’t get spawn killed by the out of bounds barrier as it moves up
Sounds lame I'm not usually down for cheesing multiplayer games, got better things to do than waste everyone's time ruining the gameplay with shit like that
Beautiful ATTE gameplay.
5:53 what the heck she has double bladed😂
This a mod on pc I believe
My favourite thing to do is to hop in those tanks, you can buy with points and use the secondary fire to obliterate them
Impossible, perhaps the archives are incomplete
Out of all the shooter games i played, i dont know why but battlefront was extra satisfying when it came to teabagging.
All you need to do is keep pushing up, and you'll win
1:57 Aim just above the fuel cells.
If ATTE’s go aggressive and play SEMI well they will body. Provided you don’t fight hardcore cheaters, which I have seen on console, I got no idea how but yeah
This makes me happy because this is real strategy.
I dont understand why there are never people that steer these things. Its the coolest thing in the game!
And THIS is why Geonosis can be either the second best or the worst map to play on GA
I really wished people still played this on PC. Even on the weekends it sometimes takes 20 mins just to find a lobby and then theres the waiting for enough players to join to actually start the match. People usually get impatient and leave during the second part and then the game never starts :(
ONG the Geonosis map is the most immersed I’ve ever been playing a multiplayer game…
If i get past the damn first stage
this is why in battlefield you can pick engineer and one shot armor with a bazooka
From my experience it was extremely hard to lose on this map as the clones
The droid army doesn't have the option to pilot those Big Spider Droids? I have never could play this game :(
The droids get some AATs but other than that, that's pretty much all they have
They used to habe really amazing staps but those got nerfed into the ground shortly after geonosis came out.
The entire speeder class became useless after that nerf.
@@iAmScope2 you used to be able to go on decent killstreaks with those speeders on starkiller base. There was this one spot near the resistance spawn on top of this hill where you could "speeder snipe".
Man the good old days
Nope, but you can in battlefront 1 from 13 years ago. You could also fly and carry troops in LAATs, and carry troops in ATTEs
how many players can use 1 at-te at the same time? just wondering
It makes no sense how there is only one seat on this massive vehicle. In cannon, over 6 people were in a single AT-TE crew.
that thing crawls one football field the entire game 😂
I thought it was so badass when the jedi mounted your AT-TE.
how do these AT-TEs work? Are they controlled by just 1 player? What about the blast wave I keep seeing? What are those blasts doing?
You start the game with 100 respawns for the whole team, when you complete the first objective of calling for help and restarting the first AT-TE, the game gives you as many AT-TEs as respawns left in the tens place +5, yes they are controlled by one player, with 3 abilities, tactical support which buffs nearby infantry, seige mode, where you can't move but can control the main gun, and the 3rd ability is for the second phase of taking out hardcell transports, they are shielded and the weird blast wave is the 3rd ability which temporarily disables the shielding of the transports, after the 3rd phase it's just an artillery shot with an arc that does more damage
This is a year old but I'm leaving this here for people who don't know yet
You guys smoked them, good job!
This reminds me of that clone wars episode.
And that rebels episode.
10/10 vid wish my games went like this lol
"Destroy the Tecno-Union Ships"
"Bounty hunters!?"
"We don't need their scum!"
Other than Contractors Modded, we need an official Star Wars battle Royale in VR
The At-Tes are so fun to drive. i mean there are flaws. but you can pass them easily
I'll often use Iden's sniper way at the back of the map and melt advancing ATTE's, this only works because no one really pushes with the ATTE haha
awesome video btw, this was satisfying to watch
I do miss being an engineer class repairing vehicles
Watching these three mop the floor is so cool!
I love the look of them and the weapons they have but I think they were better in the first battlefront game
i feel as if this was more of a very bad enemy team rather than a couple good pilots.
Talk about concentrated firepower!
I loved this it was so fun just killing the droids and stuff
Battlefront 2 looks so good and had so much potential... if only EA didn't **** it up with micro transactions bullshit....
