    Entire session was very informative. But few doubts sir
    Intermittent fever means on and off touching baseline as per the intern's definition. Does the fever touch baseline on its own without addition of antipyretics ?
    "Leucocytosis seen in all bacterial fever. But leucocyte count is low in typhoid and viral fever." --Low means below 4000 (i.e leucocytopenia)
    Procalcitonin elevated in only gram negative sepsis or even gram positive sepsis ??
    Malaria treatment discussed in session is not very clear especially dosage of artesunate and chloroquine
    It would be good if u work up brief and stepwise PPT presentation of malaria treatment.
    Could you please tell wats quick Buffy coat and how it's different from peripheral smear??
