Great performance by Joss, always beautiful, performing with the current "home team" Michelle, Sharon, Pete, Christian, "Main Man-Hot-Lanta" soul bro' Rick Jordan, and new great soulful lead guitar, Sherrod Barnes. He is definitely a "keeper", & hope to see more of him. Only wish Hollie & Jeff could have been there for "old time sake". Miss the brass, but no denying the terrific chemistry on display with this team! Much appreciated, much better, audio-video production than low quality cell-phone videos from several recent appearances.
This concert was performed/recorded 3/20/16, but not aired until mid-July 2016. Believe the soulful lead/rhythm guitar was on stage on 3/18/16 at The Space, Wesbury, NY, as 3rd guitar (positioned to Rick Jordan's left), probably preparing for this concert 2 days later. Unfortunately, have not seen him since at any subsequent Joss-World Tour concert uploaded to UA-cam.

Out of Rocky Mount, N.C., he began his career early in gospel music (with family) prior to transitioning to R&B.
