There is no more beautiful sterling silver cutlery in this world as the Kings and Queens pattern , made by George Adams about 1840 to 1870 in London. It is still available in the Silver Vaults Nr. 18 in London and a must see.

You should start. Great time is now as the holidays are still months away for formal dinners and luncheons. I would start a set of all the basics of the pattern your in love with on eBay. That’s how I started my collection. Can’t wait to see your videos of your sterling flatware.

I personally like to have a mix set. Piece together your own sets of mixed patterns from state sales in yard sales so then you're not spending a fortune. Very fun hunting and finding pieces at good deals. Also the advantage of having a mixed pattern set as you get the best of multiple patterns at one time instead of having sets of each pattern.
