There’s no such issues regarding the starter as of now as this is a new one in the long run we can only find out that and speaking of rear suspension without pillion might feel like it’s on the stiffer side and with pillion it’s just smooth more on the softer side as weights get distributed but it’s a good one with good mileage and good speed can easily cruise at 80 kmph without any such vibrations. Well to be honest there isn't any Scooter which is next to perfect every scooter has its pros and cons but it depends on your requirements I will break down for you in terms of requirements
1. Comfort - Suzuki Burgman Street EX(it's that good not promoting but honest review)
2. Hyper riding- Yamaha Aerox, Tvs Ntorq
3. Multipurpose - Honda Activa, Tvs Jupiter
4. Mileage - Suzuki Burgman , Activa , Jupiter

Mileage is somewhat close to 45Kmpl but I has increased on a economy ride to 50kmpl and service is good of suzuki try different outlets.

@SENPAI_12 it must be because of the accessories addition and if you’re opting for the top model that is the Street EX it gets a big 12 inch tyre In both front and rear so that could be one of the possible reasons but accessories are one of the reason.
