Last time I tried they sent me into a mental hospital that made my mental health worse, I’ll make a video on it lol. None of these hospitals really help you, same with the anti depressants I was on for 1-3 years, made me so depressed I didn’t wanna wake up and wouldn’t eat sleep or talk to anyone, and I was legit cutting at the time, I stopped though because I felt it was useless, I couldn’t stand anyone and was always easily annoyed, the meds destroyed my life lol, made it feel like everything and everyone hated me, only reason I got off them was because I got addicted to other substances, which might have been worse but it’s okay now, I’ve accepted it and don’t really care. I feel like anyday could be the day I want to die and actually do it, but I don’t because want to try harder to live and try harder to become a better person, sorry for this rant just think it’s sad that help for someone is limited to terrible resources.
@@NorthernServer js got out one can vouch. they put u around vrazy niggas and ur not even crazy. the maintenance is horrible they dont even clean the facility. the showers had vomit in them, fruit flies swarming the food. it kills more than it helps
@NorthernServer hope youre doijg better tho bro. as said . theres no easy way out, suicide being one that aint easy. but theres up instead of out and it benefits us more than any other direction we can take in life. we got this but we cant do this alone mane. we gotta be vocal abt it . but its not that easy especially since the ones u trust arent necessarily therapists sso u cant go to them about it. for some odd reason black people dont really believe in mental illness making it harder to go family about it. despite that whether its professional or not we gotta speak our minds or keeping it inside will kill us
