Hope you enjoy the kettle, well as much as you can enjoy a kettle that is lol
For what it's worth, we still have ours and have had no issues with it at all.

Awesome video, really nice and informative.
If you have 'keep warm mode' set, remove the kettle and put it back, is the keep warm mode still on?

It would have been a good idea to show the whole boiling of the water so we can hear how noisy it is.

How loud is it? Looking for a really quiet kettle and it's hard to judge from the video since many cameras adjust sound levels... Cheers

I have the same kettle. My only gripe is the hinge on the lid has loose on one side. Otherwise a great product especially with the temperature control.

Once its boiled doesnt the blue temp indicator stay on and show the temperature as the water cools? It would be handy if it did.

Q: IS IT SAFE TO REPEATEDLY HEAT DRINKING WATER BELOW 100°C ?
A: SEEMINGLY SO (see below for more information).
Like me, you may be wondering whether it's safe to repeatedly heat water to below 100°C, the boiling point, especially as those double walls will keep that repeatedly heated water warm for extended periods. What about heat-resistant bacteria, such as E.coli and Legionella?
Although I like the idea of a kettle that'll heat my water to temperatures below 100°C for correctly making teas or fresh ground coffee, I wasn't sure. So, I did some research.
It is reported by the experts (which I'm not) that heating to 70°C is an "instant kill". I'm assuming that this is why 70°C is the lowest temperature BOSCH chose for us to heat water at. It seems they've also done the research, but it's always good to know.
Thank you for a great video review, Paul. Other than this safety question, you answered all of my questions just as they popped into my mind. That's really impressive, Paul. 👏
