Mam fssai license ku total aa 100 rupees thana .. extra Vera yedhum pay pana thevai ila thane
100rs for one year + banking charge may applicable. If you are using UPI then there won't be any extra charges.

Hello Akka, I had applied for my FSSAI registration as a home baker and received a a reverted application with the authority remarks stating 'Visit Inspection'. I'm not sure on how to proceed with the same. If you see this, would be great to hear from you.
You need to contact your health inspector to resolve this issue...

For home baking it's not mandatory to use a separate supply...

En husband name la than rental agreement, Gas bill elame iruku. What can i do in this case sis? Or can i take license in my husband name? You have to deliver by yourself, or get in touch with local delivery partners and plan your deliveries accordingly
Thank you mam at present we r delivering by ourselves. But need tie with local delivery person thats only I don't know how. I m from kallikuppum, Ambattur chennai. We have registered in goole in the name of The catchy cakes.

Permanent address you have to give your address as in proof and in correspondence address give your rented home address... While attaching documents you need to upload both your permanent address proof and along with it upload your rental agreement also, that's all...

Contact your Food Safety Officer of your area and attend the training from them to get the certificate. and re-apply again

It depends upon the Doctor, mostly they won't ask any or examine. they literally have a look and sign it, so no issues just get the fitness signed by a Gov Medical Practitioner and submit it in FSSAI

Mostly pan card is not acceptable as address proof, it can be used for Identity proof
