ভাই, আমি কাতার থেকে বলছি আমার জেড এয়ার ল্যাপটপ টা আপডেট নেওয়ার সময় হঠাৎ করে বন্ধ হয়ে যায় এরপর আবার যখন পুনরায় চালু করি তখন ডিসপ্লেতে অটোমেটিক রিপেয়ার দেখাই আমি বিভিন্ন অপশেন চেষ্টা করি কিন্তু যখনই রিস্টার্ট নিতে যায় তখন রিস্টার্ট না নিয়ে বন্ধ হয়ে যায়।লাস্ট অপশন হিসেবে আমি নতুন করে উইন্ডোজ ইন্সটল করতে গিয়ে ঐ একই অবস্থা রিস্টার্ট নিতে গিয়ে বন্ধ হয়ে যায়। কাইন্ডলি যদি একটু বলেন কি কারণে এমন হয় এবং এর সমাধান কি তাহলে খুব উপকৃত হব। ধন্যবাদ।
