Yes, only if the material is stretchy But if it's a non-stretchy material then I advise you put Dart on the dress so that it will give you a good fitten. Dart should only be put at the upper bodies, since the lower bodies is gathered
All you simply have to do is to add 5 to 6 or 7 inches (depending on your body size) to all your upper bodies measurement, then after that you can them cut the arm hole....After cutting the front replicate the exact thing for the back and cut, with this you don't need zip since it's a smocked dress.
