    OMG!!! STACK gauges... that's so DTM 90' !!!
    Pete should put that triangle in the Porsche 930.
    This build is so complicated. You need so many flanges and adapters... its the Turn14 paradise.

    • @matt2m
      @matt2m 6 років тому

      DeWeberis the adapters are the easy way. My friends would have just drilled the firewall. Then plug the extra holes with the intention of filler and paint next time the engine comes out.

    That's a nifty cluster actually. I like the mix between the analogue and the digital. It looks way better than the full digital ones.

    When it comes to bringing a K series 240SX to it's senses, PT comes through with full bore pre tune performance adjustments! Sweet Gauge cluster, and a victorious clutch fix for the win! Also, check the steady hands on Pete cutting that exhaust! Nice! Great job guys, RIP tires! 🚗💨💨💨

    When you have issues with bleeding a clutch, get a cheap oilcan with thumb lever fill it with dot4 or what ever you use, add a bit of hose on it and reversebleed it by jamming the hose on the slave bleed nipple and fill it the reverseway since air bubbles gladly go uppwards. works like a charm for me on both cars, trucks and mc.

    Favorite build from you guys, fell in love with Rhonda Rx7 from the BYP guys in Australia who did a K swap turbo to a FD. This is equally as good, can’t wait to see the changes in the future!

    • @ericwilliamson263
      @ericwilliamson263 6 років тому

      these arent even comparable. this is way way better because the s14 gets an awesome engine and no rx7s were harmed in the process. im sorry but that fd is trash, the sr20 valtonen fd is trash, my friends ls1 fd is trash, the guy who bought my fc then put a 2jz in it is a walking trash can, etc. an rx7 without a rotary is just a knockoff rx7 and as we all know, knockoffs are trash.

    • @s_wggns
      @s_wggns 6 років тому

      Eric Williamson lol say what you want but I understand why they did it, why deal with a motor that is temperamental, hard to work on for someone who doesn’t know rotaries and also make zero torque. Honda engines are a dime a dozen, they can make RELIABLE horsepower. It’s a no brained why BYP did it specially to a car that sees a lot of track time.

    All you guys did to this car was remove the letter A from KA24 to K24, i don't see what the big deal is :p. Jokes aside awesome build, pretty cool how speed academy and boostedboiz emilio did their k swap at the same time.
