She was using a single Qtip, pushing it forward over the top of the wound several times. **sorry, the word wound was a typo but I’ve left it because it was a wound as were most of the others. What ended up being the cause of such bad cyctic acne on his back? Did he have it on his face too? Face and back I can understand but just the back seems odd. Curious what the issue was. Larger than Norman pores on his back or over active sebum/oil glands?
I had this problem as a teenager, doctors weren't bothered back then as it wasn't on my face so wasn't seen as a problem. I don't get much now (well not on my shoulders, but I now get nasty swollen acne down the sides of the back of my torso, and my bottom) , but I am left with a scarred back. My shoulders have a waxy texture, and are bumpy with scars, I've always said I will save up and at least have them lasered flat one day. One good thing for the scars is sunshine although some bigger white coloured ones, that appear to have a fluid underneath, can feel like they are boiling sometimes. It has always troubled me mentally, I have always hated showing my shoulders, and am jealous of those with such lovely smooth skin on their backs. It may not have been on my face, but it cause me a lot of stress and anxiety, they use to burst under my school shirt and you can imagine the stress of that as a teenager. (Sorry if this was TMI)

Edited: A lof of people worried about sanitation in these video. I hope you understand that these videos are not a full progress, the treatment mostly take at least 1 hour or more. The basic steps in most of the spa (that I experienced): -Clean your skin (mostly with some gentle face wash/alcohol ) if it’s on face they gonna do a quick gentle face wash + massage. -Let’s your pores open by using the steaming machine (about 15-20min depending) -Treatment: acnes removed or other facial stuff -Clean your skin again. (At least 30min) *Depend on condition of your skin, like my skin they let me rest under the LED mask after clean up my skin (I dont even know what is right name for it) -And YO, why would I lied to ya if Im not Vietnamese 😂 for real guys. My English is not even that good. I don’t even know the lady or this spa, I just randomly crossed by 😂 Or maybe I can start typing by Vietnamese then🤔 If whatever I experienced different with you (othet Vietnamese?) you have to understand there are different cities and regions in Vietnam 😂 and how willing you gonna spend money on the spa. I would never spend money on random cheap spa or like a house service lol. If you experienced that, that is your fault to not checking the spa before visit 🤭 I just read some of the comments and see a Karen in here :))))) I’m a Vietnamese, grown up in there, and I have been in a spa before, so I think I have enough information to answer some questions. Each client will have their own tools (of course they are new!) they will show you and open in front of you! So don’t need to worry if they reuse them because those tools are not that expensive as you think and they all included in the package, so basically you already paid for those tools. Yes, I agree he needs to see the doctor but those acnes have to remove too. As I read someone said his doctor preferred him to see her. Also, dermatologist is kinda expensive over there for some people, even this is just a spa but they do need to be trained and have a certificate to open the spa like this. Of course there will be bad and good Spa🤷🏻♀️ but you can see Thuy did her best and his skin gets better now in other videos. So stop saying sh* like because Vietnam is this or that bla bla and questioning about someone’s skills just because they lived in a small country 🙄 Lastly, Thuy tried to help this boy by talking to him, I can tell you she is being really nice and sweet . If ya don’t understand the language so don’t judging by the sound you hear 🤦🏻♀️
I am curious, excuse me if I sound ignorant but I truly do not know. Why is there only videos made of people of Asian decent? I know everyone gets acne but this cystic acne that we see in these videos is something I have never seen on a person here in the USA. How is it treated here? I can’t imagine the pain these clients must go through. Do they prescribe any antibiotics for the infection? Do they give them anesthesia before working on them? How much does one client pay for one visit? I appreciate any answers you can provide. ✊ ☮️ ❤️ 🌎
@@66msjayjay I don’t know how other countries, but most of Vietnamese probably chose to go to the spa instead of dermatologist because it’s cheaper. The reason why you see a lot of videos that from Asian is because they tried to promote their spa, they have their own Vietnamese pages to connect to these videos, some of them may get pay by the view on the video too ( I don’t say Thuy does that or not, I really don’t know). Depending on the areas/cities the prices will be different, like my city is a small city, so I probably paid like $50 or something less than $80 for the whole package that included 3 times visiting to get acnes remove and other facial stuff I do enjoyed that and my skin got better after my second visit. Like I said, there will be bad and good one. The “bad” one will try to make you buy some of the products that they sell over there, they may double or triple the price of the original price, or use some of the handmade that you probably won’t know if it’s safe for your skin or not. So you really have to check the spa before you plan to visit. I don’t think they give you antibiotics, they will clean your skin after they finish the removal progress, put some tropical cream and they may give you some of them to take home, but you can easily by antibiotics in the Pharmacy store without prescription over there. No they don’t give you any anesthesia :))))) you gonna have to endure all the pain! You gonna have to pray whoever work on your face will be as gentle as Thuy :)))
@@LunnaJannah yeah, they will clean his skin after they finish. It’s just sad that they will not include the whole progress in the video, mostly because they don’t want other spa know what products they use :))) Usually it takes up to an hour for the each visit and you have to come multiple times. They will give you options of packages (multiple visits) or each individually (you pay each time you visit)
Honestly, my heart goes out to this man. The pain he must go through every day with this condition not to mention the itchiness. I hope the treatment he receives will be successful.
The sebum/keratin plug came out from the left hair follicle at 2.55 (which is what she was aiming for),the plug in the right follicle must have been too deep to extract in this particular session. With skin as inflamed as this it's a slow, long-term process that involves medication as well as extractions
It was absolutely gentle. The cuts are not unnecessary. Sometimes I wonder why people think they are the expert and Thuy doesn’t know what she’s doing. It might not be the way dermatologists in USA do it, but has remarkable results.
I hope we can continue cheering Bo on throughout his journey. His bravery is inspiring, and Thuy's treatment is going to make such a huge difference in his life! Thank you so much for sharing.
I agree entirely! By any chance, do you know the episode numbers or dates of Bo's other videos? I'd love to follow his progress, but I can't seem to find his other videos. Thanks so much!
Why the multiple squeezes when it seems only blood is coming out? And what is purpose of closely examining extra liquidity contents when found? Thank you.
1. to make sure they get all the pus out since they can't cut deeper to get the sac 2. probably to see if there's anything out of the ordinary and just so we can see the contents of what came out. hope this helps 😊
I agree that it seems like she over bleeds some of them and under squeezes the ones that really need it. I also think it's funny when she holds up a what she extracted like it's a trophy. It used to bother me a lot when I first started watching but I've gotten used to her methods.
I am so fed up with the new videos that are either repeats stolen or hacked by ads that I have decided to start watching the older ones and seeing this I'm glad I did. I'm also happy to read y'all's comments and know that all y'all are thinking of the young man and what he and others are going through. They have over the counter antibiotics there and Thuy recommends the correct one for them. Many of her clients have to have antibiotics for their acne.
If they get medicine, it's NOT from places like these. It's interesting watch, but I feel guilty so much of the time because it's like watching the workings of a slaughterhouse. This "Spa" inparticular spreads around a lot of the bacteria, and there are SO many instances where they don't clean out the whole pore, but open it up to the elements. They use the same nasty tools and PPE throughout. They bleed them dry in a lot of cases. It's really NOT GOOD AT ALL for anyone's skin. They're butchering some of these people.

After years of watching, I still don't understand why Truong does that "milking" thing. No one else does that and it looks more painful than slow, steady pressure. I would NEVER send my family member to her because of it.
Dude’s looking for possible chunks; but there are different layers to go through before she gets there. She begins with just blood; then comes that thick snotty looking stuff, and after that is blood again. I forget what that thick layer is called, but any chunks will most likely be somewhere underneath that layer. The blood that comes next is a likelu place to find the acne chunks. But, there may be three or four pieces and there may be none at all. And,since most of the cystic spots are tied together in some way, she may find nothing initially, then come back later and find an entire poker party of acne. Anyway, that’s why the milking. You never see anyone else doing it because Thuy Truong is actually trying to get all the acne out of her clients. If you look closely, most of the others obviously don’t even try to clear the pore, because of they leave in that last little bit, their client will likely be back sooner than later. Unfortunately, if they leave that stuff in there long enough, it will go deep, and the client will be lucky it they find Thuy.
@sharitagordon2574 When it turns to just blood, it's time to stop. According to dermatologists, you're only making things worse by increasing inflammation & damaging the tissue more if you keep crushing & "bleeding" the area once the pus, keratin, & so on are gone.

Several years ago, I somehow ended up with a really bad case of folliculitis and my back looked like this, only worse. It was disgusting. This is the first pimple-popping video I have ever winced at (and I've watched plenty lol) and that's because I actually know how horribly painful this had to have been for him. It took a long time and many rounds of antibiotics for the folliculitis to go away and thankfully I didn't get scarred up too badly and that's mostly because it hurt so bad that I couldn't let anyone touch them. Even the shower was torture and not showering only makes it worse so I didn't have a choice but to endure it. I'll never forget it and this video was very hard to watch because of that. Lol
It ruined a lot of clothes and quite a few towels because they would bleed or leak out a lot, sometimes without even being touched, and they even ruined bed sheets. It was HARD to clear up but thankfully it was only the folliculitis causing the massive breakout and not true acne or else I'd probably still be dealing with it to some degree.
Did a dr ever tell you where this condition begins ? When you were being treated was it better if the person treating you squeezed and got it over with or kept squeezing gingerly ? My friend preferred me to squeeze quickly and hard to get it over with.
@@marriellenpeachynyaabbagit6089 The way I got it was somewhat unique. I was on an antidepressant that caused me to break out really bad and it lead to the folliculitis. It made the affected areas VERY tender and I could rarely get the to pop because I had to go slow to do it yet had to be really fast to reduce the pain, if that makes sense. It was a terrible experience. I actually had to get off of the antidepressants for the antibiotic to have it's full effect and it took well over a year to clear up.

I think that it's really disrespectful and I've actually tried to explain how good she is to some of those people before.
Shes one of the top 3 best extractors
I don’t understand though why she leaves the huge ones and goes for the little ones.
I do!!!! Thuy is wonderfull! Everyone should see the Hung series, then come to comments!
Edited: A lof of people worried about sanitation in these video. I hope you understand that these videos are not a full progress, the treatment mostly take at least 1 hour or more. The basic steps in most of the spa (that I experienced):
-Clean your skin (mostly with some gentle face wash/alcohol ) if it’s on face they gonna do a quick gentle face wash + massage.
-Let’s your pores open by using the steaming machine (about 15-20min depending)
-Treatment: acnes removed or other facial stuff
-Clean your skin again. (At least 30min)
*Depend on condition of your skin, like my skin they let me rest under the LED mask after clean up my skin (I dont even know what is right name for it)
-And YO, why would I lied to ya if Im not Vietnamese 😂 for real guys. If you experienced that, that is your fault to not checking the spa before visit 🤭
I just read some of the comments and see a Karen in here :))))) I’m a Vietnamese, grown up in there, and I have been in a spa before, so I think I have enough information to answer some questions.
Yeo the infection definitely needs to be removed he probably has already seen a doctor and started on antibiotics that's why he's there
But they definitely need to treat the skin first and after
I am curious, excuse me if I sound ignorant but I truly do not know.

It was obvious Thuy was being extra gentle with this young man.
You call that gentle?
Extra gentle? Are you nuts. I saw her cause several unnecessary wounds to that poor kid!

If she doesn't do it, chances are they (Pimples) may come back and it might be worse.
Depende da sensibilidade da pessoa . Em mim a ordemha doía menos que o pressao leve e constante.

Thank you for sharing. I cant imagine the pain. Stay well

Glad I'm not the only weirdo!😝😜🤗😊
@@andriamsimpsonrussell we can be weirdos together! 😆
This is so sad...I just pray to God that this person can be healed.
Amen! I can't even watch. I'm hurting for him. Poor guy!
I honestly feel sorry for this guy can't imagine what he's going through. I can't help myself I just can't look away despite how I feel
Me to 😢
i agree. i had real bad back acne. it was very painful.
Yes, he appears to be in great pain. Lots of flinching but I too can't look away. I do hope he can rest comfortably tonight since he got a treatment.
So very sad....
Me too. I think it's helping though so that's a plus
Best channel for pops!❤
This is totally my dream job and if I worked there I would never miss a day. LOL
We would love an update on this brave little one! 💜
I was just thinking that, where is he now and how is he doing
Ohhhh my friend had bad acne like this poor soul, he used to ask me to get the puss out of the really bad breakouts, hot bowl of salt water and a bag of sterile cotton wool ,i had to be so gentle, but i slowly got the acne to clear, because salt water helps dry the breakouts up , I asked the nurse if it was OK to use it and she said it wouldn't hurt.
Takes a lot of patient to help these patients with acne. God bless you.
Would love to see a part-2 to follow this patient.
Poor Guy...glad he getting treatment...can’t wait to see his progress
I really feel for this person because I want to cry when I get one cystic pimple on my back, can only imagine the constant pain he must be in. I know removing the cyst content makes the pimple heal faster but popping it is sooo sore
Plus if you don’t get the sack out it’s more than likely to come back!!!
Finally a thorough squeezer ! Good job! 👍
Aw, poor kid, looks like some were painful just to touch, let alone extract. I hope the ones Thuy could get can heal and he’ll feel better.
Oh Jesus christ.... Don't stop every second!CONTINUE UNTIL IT EXPLODES!!! O MY GOD POOR GUY.... 😢
“He needs antibiotics”!!! Y’all, we know lol I’m sure they know as well .
actually they're complete amateurs and no clue what they're doing there's no difference between them and someone at home popping their own pimple. The force they are using to pop his pimples is what's leaves scarring with acne. That's the difference between them and Dr pimple popper where she cuts out pimples whereas they squeeze them until they burst. All they're doing is guaranteeing a repeat visit and severe scar tissue
Well, our own Dr Lee 🇺🇸says antibiotics do not aid in clearing severe acne...maybe,she's mistaken....

Sorry bro. I just needed a good laugh cuz this video stressed me tf out! All 22 minutes of it...
😉
Even with antibiotics the pimples still need to be manually clear, even ensla brown says so.
Why do people belive this will get cured with antibiotics?😭🤔 No way
Oh this poor lad 😥 my heart absolutely breaks for him 💔 I pray God use Ms. Thuy with her skills & knowledge to help heal this wee young lad 🙌🙏☝💙
Only people who’ve been through this will understand how painful it really is. 💀💀💀
