No jeans, no well fitted tops, no summer dresses, nothing. All we get is oversized clothes, gym clothes and of course apna good old indian wear

I do agree, I went Hindmata store in Dadar which has like best and trendy lehenga design but they didn't have plus sizes. It was my cousin wedding in a week so couldn't get custom did. My mum shops saree always from there so they were sweet enough to offer to custom size as soon as possible but their tailer said the design I liked was not possible in a week. So I relate plus size people do face a lot of problems.
Try to have an oil bath on an off day which will help hurting back. Take good rest on that day. Never take oil bath during periods.

Hey Sarah, I too faced same health related issues last month. And the reason was dehydration, have water along with ORS powder, also have lots of fruits. Dont have much spiciy oily food. Hope this helps you. Love your vlogs❤

This is so true...like the dresses are made only in some average measures, and god knows kisko fit aate hai yeh...aaise measures rakhte hai jo na xs wale ko aate hai aur na xl ..i mean what are they even making, every body is different..so yeh average measure nikalta kaha se hai.. always is my question whenever I shop..kuch milta hi nhi hai size ka as i am termed as "skinny" by this world..!!😒❤️
