I think 'people' have become obsolete to engraving. It's saddening that these forms of printing today are relegated to the novices, diehards or enthusiasts.
There is hope and - big surprise - it may come from kids! Working on a "printpals" scheme and dreaming up lessons like engraving on cheese! Keeping printmaking alive one way or the other. Thank you - now on to your comment on the Ugly Pot.
@@BillRitchie hello do you understand bulino phill coughan graver? Is your chisel the same shape as Phil's? I'm interested in carving but I'm having a little trouble with the chisel material and type information. how many degrees in section for your chisel?
@@mulanjamilah7849 I bought my engraving tools already made, and I believe they are 45-degree angle in section. They come in square or lozenge shafts, and mine are square in cross-section. Good question, but I don't know if I can answer accurately. - B
