No diode laser in the 455nm wavelength will cut clear acrylic. It's not a matter of power with this wavelength of light, it's a matter of the visible light passing through it.

yes, I recommend the S10 laser engraver even for beginners. It is easy to use. It supports Lightburn (paid) and LaserGRBL (free) programs.
