- Selena stated very clearly that Lose You To Love me is closing the chapter of her life with Justin. Selena has become such a strong woman and Justin is happily married. I invite you all to join them in ending this chapter by looking back at the past 10 years, but not with tears in our eyes but a smile on our face. Not many people will ever feel this love that they've felt and "it was beautiful and ugly," as Selena recently said. I hope you can realize how little we actually ever knew about their relationship. I grew up seeing Jelena on the news/tabloids, but never really cared to learn more about them. But now weirdly in 2022 I'm learning more about their relationship and seeing this video, I understand why the world was captivated by their love. @@sarah2803 he didn’t ‘throw away’ the relationship they were on and off for years and years. they tried as hard as they could to work out and that’s when they finally decided not to be together. you can literally search up interviews of justin saying no matter what happened he just wanted her to be happy. i’ve heard lose you to love me many times and it was her way of letting go so now that she’s achieved that you don’t need to go and say that basically he married hailey instantly just as a way to get over selena. they ended in 2015 and and hailey and justin were on and off throughout 2016-2018 before they decided to get married.
I believe the reason Justin was so depressed at the beginning of his marriage to Hailey was because he was mourning his lost to Selena. I'm sure he loves Hailey, but he hadn't given the time to get over Selena.

I think Justin was Selena's, 1st True love. He and she were in a relationship for almost 10 years when you are with someone for 10 years & you thought he was gonna be the one you'd spend the rest of your life with, it must be the most heartbreaking moment to see your relationship falling apart after 10 years. And then him getting married within months after breakup. A part of your personality dies when a long-term relationship end and the first true love of your life does that.
I wish for selena to indeed find someone who truly loves her, is loyal to her, and reassures her faith in love again. She is one of the kindest celebrities and I just wish her nothing but happiness
