Man this match just did work at all. The fans could care less, no one but the competitors understands the Orange Cassidy gimmick at all, and the announcers don't help at all. Pretty sure there was a botch or two due to frustration. It's a bummer because both guys are insanely talented wrestlers.
the match was pretty decent, I don't think I ever seen Eddie do a tope sucida. but my god was that crowd terrible, dead as a doornail and largely apathetic to what's going on in the ring. And while the commentary didn't maybe take away from the match, they certainly didn't add anything to it, my goodness they seemed about as enthused to be there as the crowd.
