People nowadays feels good by shocking or hurting other. They rarely motivate, inspire , encourage or motivate others. A man who speak nicely, friendly and make others happy is a joy to everyone. But someone who hurts other with sharp tone , hate and criticisms is a tyrant for everyone. Children must be taught in school how to deliver speech so as to maintain a peaceful and harmonious society. Those who remain silent are the one who are afraid to ruin the peace of other. Speak but speak it nicely.

Nobody is introvert here, we are ambivert & most of us like to speak, like to express ourselves. But due to hesitation, shyness we most often avoid to talk, it's not like we are intelligent or something....social skills are important & we should TRY our best to express ourselves so that we can make networks, friends...Being an ambivert is quite good because then it more depend on you what you are going to do, to speak or to be quite.
