Yes power banks can charge and discharge at the same time.
Some power banks will charge up your phone first before it'll start charging itself. It's called Pass through feature.

It's slow to charge... Really slow. 10W charging 27000mah. It could take 11hrs to charge from 0-100%

I bought my power bank yesterday and initially charged it with a single charger, but the charging process was very slow. Since it has three charging ports, I decided to try using a second charger, connecting it to the Type-C port while the first charger was still connected to the Apple Lightning port. To my delight, the charging. speed significantly increased, and it fully charged much faster than before.
Pls reply me pls I plugged my phone 4hrs later i woke up to see my phone at 75% and the life of the power bank has gone from 4% to 2%

Surprisingly the Oraimo is heavier...
The new age l30 has faster charging, higher battery capacity, more battery life and better design.. but it also cost more, ₦18000 while the Oraimo cost ₦11000.
Using both of them, I'd pick the New age over the Oraimo because It has a flashlight, faster charging and battery life is amazing...

How many centuries does it take the oraimo 27000 mAh to charge fully from 99% to 100% cos mine is already taking more than 10hrs but still haven't gotten to 100%. And I just bought it, but still unable to use it, because of this suspected flaws, or is it normal?
At this point it's normal. Cause most people who bought the powerbank have complained about that.
Just use it and a couple charges it should charge up to 100%

It gets to 100%, I had a better experience charging it because I used a high caliber charger. Most chargers charge at 5v~1.0A, 5v~2.0 or 5v~2.1A, but the charger I used charges at 5v~3.0A. It charged it from 99% to 100% in about 12 hours. If you use anything less than 3.0A you may charge it a full day or a day and a half of constant electricity to get it to 100%.
After it gets to 100% on that first charge after you bought it, subsequent charging won't take more than a couple of minutes to move it from 99% to 100%.

My power bank was stuck at 99% charge for a while, so I decided to use it until the battery level dropped to 83%. Then, I added a second charger, and it was like magic - the charging speed skyrocketed! It quickly jumped up to 100% charge, and I was amazed at the difference. However, I highly recommend investing in a GaN charger for even faster and more efficient charging

You phone will charge slow if the temperature of the phone is high. Make sure the phone and the power bank is not hot or in hot condition during charging, it will charge better.
Another factor is the cable you are using.
This is not a complete review. You only told us why we should buy it, you didn't tell us why we shouldn't.
1. How long does that device charge a phone, let's say a phone with 3500mAh battery?
2. How long does it take to charge that power bank to 100%?
3. How warm/hot does it get when charging a device.
Things like that are things you cover in a non-biased, review. You need to go learn how to do this thing from MKBHD here on YT.
There are a lot of other issues/challenges that product may encounter in the wild that you didn't cover, like how it performs in a cold environment and how it holds up on a warm day.
