Ingredients:
• Bhatt Ki Dal/Black Soyabean (soaked overnight)- 1 cup
• Rice (soaked)- 2 tablespoon
• Medium Size Onion (chopped)- 1
• Garlic Cloves (grated)- 7 to 8
• Green Chilli (large)- 2
• Mustard Oil- 2 tablespoon
• Cumin Seeds- ½ teaspoon
• Hing (Asafoetida)- ½ teaspoon
• Turmeric Powder- ½ teaspoon
• Coriander Powder- 1 teaspoon
• Salt- 1 tablespoon
• Water- 1 litre
• Coriander Leaves (chopped)- for garnishing
~ For Tadka:
• Ghee/Clarified Butter- 1 tablespoon
• Jambu- 1 tablespoon

Iron ki kadai kaise itni saaf h yr, mai delhi mei rhti hu , mere yaha bhi uttarakhand mei sabke ghr aisi chamki hui kadai rhti h , but meri kadai saaf nhi hoti itni mai pitambari bhi use krti hu lemon bhi phir bhi nhi hoti saaf ..
Kadhai ko garam karna gas mai, aur garam kadhai mai neembu ka ras aur dishwash gel dalkar saaf karna chamak jayegi. But saal mai 1-2 baar aisa karne se koi fayda nahi hoga, daily jab bhi khana banaye roj ache se saaf kare toh wo humesha chamkegi.

हम इसमें प्याज लहसुन नहीं डालते भट्ट
के साथ गन्दरेणी और लौंग भी पीसते हैं।
जम्बू जीरा लाल मिर्च और हींग का छौंक लगातेहैं।
इसमें खूब सारा देशी घी डालकर भात के साथ खाते हैं।

any alternative for black soyabean?
You can use white soyabean, but the taste would not be same.
Ye udad ke dane hote hai kya mam muze pata nahi kisase banti hai mai महाराष्ट्र se hu
Nahi ye urad ke daane nahi hote, ye black soyabean hoti hai mostly pahado mai milti hai. Aap ise online bhi khareed sakte hai. Agar aap google mai bhatt ki dal search karenge toh apko bahut jyada options milenge ise khareedne ke.
Mam white bhatt k b itne hi tasty bnege ya nhi
White bhatt ke bahut jyada tasty nahi hote as compared to black bhatt. But aap white bhatt ke bhi bana sakte hai.
