My truck is literally at the shop rn getting this done. I went with the 1 into 2 tail pipe going straight out the back. I'm guessing it won't change the sound much. I don't want it much louder than stock just deeper. Great video and thanks for this.

Nothing excessive. Overall a better exhaust note than stock. Where you really notice it is acceleration.
I wanted exactly that. Something that doesnt wake up the whole block but gives the v8 a nice crisp sound

Has the Magnaflow lost its original sound after a year? I heard they get louder after the year.

Hasn't gotten any louder a year and a half later. Still sounds great and isn't annoying on highway.

Nice video, sounds like the 12289 is just a little louder than stock? Also does it drone or is it quiet while cruising and slight acceleration?

Yeah it is just a bit louder and an overall better tone at idle. Sounds very nice when its accelerating. And a small amount of drone at about 1800 to 2000 rpm, but with the radio on you cant hear it
