Craftmade Pro Plus ceiling fans (8-9 of 21)

These fans are located in a hotel room. They are controlled by a Lutron Rotary 3-speed wall control with capacitor ratings of 4.5uf and 9uf, making it an average of 2.25uf and 4.5uf for each fan.
RPM estimation on a fan closer to the control: 28/55/168
RPM estimation on a fan farther from the control: 24/49/159
They blow okay amount of air without much wobble or noise. Both fans are shown on all three speeds.

why they so slow?

They are slow on low and medium because two fans share capacitors on the wall control, which divide the capacitance for each fan.
