The only reason I don’t want Darth maul to get a full rework is because he’s useful for stealth and evasion feats😂

Same time you have to waste a zeta on his lead for stealth feats and there so many more useful zeta out, so unless you had his zeta from when it was meta years ago, most people aren’t going to spend one on him. I use r2 for stealth and still get the feats done before the finale boss node and also work on other feats at the same time as it’s not class specific stealth

How about a rework by way of a new character “The Phantom Menace”? It’s the hologram of Darth Sidious projected by the spider-legged walking holodisplay, a support character that focuses on boosting and giving extra turns/out of turn attacks to Sith (with additional effects if the Sith is Darth Maul). “This is my Apprentice” “Wipe them out. All of them.” “I will make it legal.” “Kill them immediately!” “They will be no match for you.”
Attack around taunt, target two at once, debuff Padme and old republic Jedi, etc.
It’s no more ridiculous than having someone like Gunray or Wat Tambor on a battlefield. Sounds fun to me.

@@morphkaian hmm… maybe something like he deals bonus damage and can’t be defeated if there is an enemy qui gon present. Once Qui Gon is defeated, he gains a bonus turn, debuffs are removed, cooldown reset, (Hail Mary Aoe with the bonus damage) then is defeated at the end of the bonus turn like paz visla

My Sith Assassin is only r5, haven’t needed r9 to win in fleet arena, while my Darth Maul is r7. Perfect to sacrifice for Bane.
In Darth Maul’s defense, his lead is useful for stealth and dodge feats for GC and conquest. But that's about it.
I think it’s a travesty that not only is he in desperate need of a rework, his base speed is only 100 if I recall (maybe 120 now because of gear 12). He should be a MUCH faster character based on him in the movies
Rework Cad Bane!!! He's the only Bounty Hunter with no zeta. He went toe to toe vs Jedi. He actually did more than half of the other Bounty Hunters. Do Something with him CG!! Even IG-88 has a zeta

They reworked him a couple of years ago and chose not to give him a zeta 🤦🏻

The Mace Windu treatment would be perfect for this guy. Give him a new special, a new unique, maybe juice up his lead/existing unique a little bit, and give him an omicron, preferably for GAC.

My first Star Wars film was New Hope on a laser disc player that my parents had.
Given they are adding another Qui Gon and their looks are almost the same, it gives me hope for a second Savage Opress that has the Mandalorian tag and works with Maul! For this version of him, he has a shorter horn that got cut and his left arm is robotic since Obi Wan cut it off!

I still have the phantom menace toys from Taco Bell. Have jar jar, Queens ship, Yoda 8 ball, nute gunray on his mechanical throne. Heck I still have the ones from the special edition such as cloud city and boba Fett as well as the mirror cube with Yoda and Vader.
I want a new ability where Darth Maul mounts his speeder and attempts to run over the enemy. It would look like some of those ship abilities that look like they ram the opposing ship head on.

Do you plan on making a video talking about it? Could be a HUGE season for GAC with this in play

Ahanald anyone reported a bug going against jmk with gungans I attempted it today and cat refused to die the team had no datacrons I had a crap tone of debuffs on her but she just wouldnt go down. She lost health up tp that point so there wasnt damage immunity

While I’ve heard that Darth Maul can do nutty things when leading Traya, Nihilus, and top tier Sith (ask around in your Discord server), I do agree that he at least needs a touch-up so he can also do stuff outside of that rare team

honestly, if they gave darth maul an omi on his unique that gives him bonus damage based off his max health, either for GA or for the same as Darth Sideous' game mode. make them a pair that just makes them a good pair. or seeing as how we already have Bane, why not an omi that works only when he is in GA with darth sideous as the leader that gives them both huge buffs. make them a powerful pairing for offense just for fun.
Darth Maul is still useful on Stealth feats for Conquest and GCs...

Okay I have something crazy to say, not really about the video lol. I never do Conquests (I know I should, I just had 0 fun doing it), but with this new pc app they released I am doing Conquest and kind of enjoying it lol. I definitely will not be mid-maxing the feats, but I just wanted to give CG their props (which I never do lol).
Would love to see darth maul and plo koon as a pair of reworks maybe leading up to a new seperatist or galactic republic gl

I don't foresee them wanting to do a rework or even giving him an omicron because they released Maul. Darth Maul was the first amazing non-solo bladed saber wielder we saw in Star Wars, however, if you think about the SW universe in it's entirety, Darth Maul was subpar to most Sith or even most force wielders. He only ever seemed start fights with inexperienced or rather non-talented saber users and lost to anyone that was capable of actually wielding a saber, Obi-Wan and Ahsoka. However, if they do decide to do something else with him, it would make sense for him to have a stance dance like Cal Kestis since the first time we saw him in action he only used half his lightsaber. I mean Grievous proved to be more capable than him.
What other iteration of Maul could they possibly do? We have 2 and they're pretty all-encompassing of his character. I feel like 'Maul' would have been a great Legendary or GL but they jumped the gun a bit. If they do anything for the character, it's got to be a rework surely

Darth maul has always been my favorite villain and I’ve been wanting a rework forever but I honestly don’t think we have enough sith in the game for another sith lead
CG are waiting until they release master qui gon and when they do, they'll release a special darth maul event where you can win a datacron for maul if you have both qui gon and obi wan at relic 9
there should be ingame a Nabbo Starfighter and a Padme Amidala Ship, either EP1 or EP2, also a TRI-droid fighter, there is a lot of ships that should be already

Still hoping they add, commander wolfee, comet, sinker, boost; and gregor boil and waxer since GK and Plo have clone and jedi leads, plo and GK both have lvl 7 leader ability max outs so hoping they get zetas and their clones, id love the game forever

Yes, Darth Maul needs to be reworked on the level of Darth Vader when Vader got a merciles massacre. He should get a rework touchup to his kit, maybe allow him to summon his Sith Probe droid.
