Hello, what happens if a child got married while waiting for visa, father was LPR but now a citizen, case at nvc and nvc is asking for documents, child got marry before father became a citizen
Hi maam how are you doing? K1 visa ( india usa) Just got our I -129f approved , now we have to file the financial support forms , my partner is on ssdi she makes 1136 per month , 4 minor childrens live in same household , out of which 3 childrens gets 802 each as death benefits. My partner dont file any taxes as her income is not taxable ( oklahoma state) But in year 2022 she was able to file taxes because of the stimulus the childrens got and the ex passed away as well so she claimed them thats the only year she was able to file taxes So my question is what to put in her annual income 1136*12 or we include the benefits that she also get for the children from the social security in her bank account itself ? We have been told we can only use the 1136 which she gets to herslf only , and a letter explaining for not filing taxes for the other two years Right maam? And we been told we need a joint sponsor so when do we need to do that or submit in nvc stage ? Or i take all this to the interview ? We are constantly told i will be getting a 221g which i understand but i am not understanding when do we add the joint sponsor ?
