Evilieye used her ability to copy a spell, to copy one of Elder Coffin's wild magic spells. When Elder Coffin killed Evileye, she the unconsciously activated the spell to absorb all the souls in the area and transform herself into a vampire, thereby saving here. The Dragon Emperor's summoning of World Items by wild magic does pose an interesting detail. It seems, every World Item summoned since the spell cast has a player attached to it. 6GG, 8GK, Goblin King, Minotaur Sage, etc. But only 50 of the 200 World Items in Yggdrasil was accounted for. Statistically, non-player owned World Items should arrive more often than player owned ones. But it seems it's always the player owned one's that keep getting dragged into the New World. Which implies some interesting things: 1) Only player discovered World Items truly exists in Yggdrasil, because it's a game and processing/rendering undiscovered World Items is a waste of computer power. 2) The souls of the players themselves are a crucial component in Wild Magic summoning spell. Either used to connect the digital world of Yggdrasil to the New World; or the player's human soul in Earth 2138 is consumed, killing the player, and the remnants of their consciousness is then used to bring the World Item into the New World. After which, they are reconstructed according to New World rules
also to note, cure elim los malvar in the extra volume, in his fight with ainz, he used a wild magic spell known to be very risky and strong, that spell should be on par with the world item longinus, because both the spell and the world item have the ability to errase someone of existence, and both have the disadvantage of destroying once very soul when used, but because of all the soul cure elim had at the moment, he could have casted that spell 3 times, and now in the canon, where he is even stronger, who knows, he could be able to cast it more times...

Since the dragon lords seem to blame Dragon lord emperor for bringing players into the new world, I came up with a theory. I think dragon emperor used wild magic to bring world items into the new world in order to use them and become stronger. Because world items are as powerful as strong wild magics and unlike wild magic, they don't need sacrifice to activate. So by doing that, he Literally turned data of world items into real magic. But whatever spell he used, had the consequence of bringing players close to those world items with it, to the new world. Resulting in the mess we see. Every player who arrives in this world is an owner of a world item. So in a way, Yggdrassil was just a game after all. It was dragon emperor that turned it into reality and moved the players into this world. To satisfy his power greed, and the consequence of it was the swarm of players every 100~200 years, as well as his own death.

It was probably [5 Elements Overcoming]; because I don't think anyone would even use [Ouroboros] since it is such a powerful, one time use, wish granting item. I feel that Wild Magic users would need to put up a protective barrier before they are hit with a World Item in order to neutralize, instead of them just being passively immune to WI effects.
The theory of the use of a World ítem by the 8 GK to change the nature of the environment of the NW is the most is the most accurate accrpted because Maruyama gives hints and the way the dragons lords are getting extinct because of the now tier magic dragons are apparently abounds more.
Something that makes me wonder about Wild Magic cost are two classes, both owned by Wild Magic users: Soul Adorer of PDL and Soul Blasphemer of ECDL. Because by the name itself, those clases indicate that souls can be used in two different ways - with PDL possibly not destroying them on usage, or using his own soul (since dragons possibly have infinite lifespan, their souls may have unlimited capacity, which however needs to recharge), while ECDL has to use millions of souls because he's undead and uses them as substitute of his own life force.
If PDL has control of Eryuentiu, there's a very good chance he has atleast one of the Greed Kings' World Items, but I don't think that's what the Theocracy was talking about. The players and items from Yggdrasil required wild magic to give them form. This is why they didnt all appear at once. The magic was drained by the transfer.
I am under the impression that world items “tainted” wild magic. When they were brought into the new world they permanently used up the wild magic it took to summon them and consequently made it harder to use wild magic. That’s why having a world item makes u immune to wild magic and vices versa they are wild magic to all practical purposes.
Wild magic can still be used by the dragon that born before the EightGreedKing...it was them that implement the Tier magic into that world...thus resulted the dragon Lord not become dragonlord because new generation can only be use Tier magic.
Can someone answer a question I have: In the first episode (few episodes) ainz shows that he has a ring that lets him cast "wish upon a star" up to 3 times a day...how come he doesn't use it? If he does when exactly? What are the bounds of this particular wish spell? It seems like it'd be incredibly useful for him to be using at least a charge a day.
Wish upon a star doesn’t just let you wish 3 times a day.. it gives you unlimited wishes. HOWEVER it costs players experience to use it that is why players in YGRDRASIL tend to think about it. When Ainz used it for Shalltear, he lost 5 levels using it. Considering that he is level 100.. 5 levels is A LOT!

Great video dude but please slow down your pace! This could very well be a 15 min video, had to pause quite often to make sure the concepts sank into my brain before continuing
where was it confirmed that wild magic created Climb's ring? i have a theory on the time gaps between the arrival of players in the new world, is because of the time gaps of the servers the game had. games have servers for each time zone around the world. source material says ydrassil was popular in Japan, dosnt mean it wasnt elsewhere in the world either.
can you do a video on the greed kings and some of the events of the past in the new world maybe lay it out better than the LN and the anime its sorta confusing
I have a theory Ainz Dark wisdom skill can steal magic spell If Ainz KILL dragon Lord that magic or wild magic Transfer to Ainz And another theory If the dragon queen in the draconic kingdom Transfer wild magic to Ainz
My theory is that the presence of mana itself interferes with wild magic. The 8 greed kings brought mana into the new world along with tier magic, and using that system spread mana through the world, generating zones of ambient mana. From then on creatures began to adapt and absorb mana, becoming capable of tier magic. Their descendants were born with innate mana and some of them began to manifest mana and tier magic related talents. Dragon Lords are capable of wild magic because in their isolation they have remained pure enough to be free of the mana taint. Perhaps if a tier magic user managed to completelly devoid itself of mana he could become capable of casting wild magic.
I think the reason Wild Magic warped is because prior to the arrival of Players the Npc's of the World didn't have true Free will and that's why Dragons were able to use their " Souls " so easily because technically their Souls were just " Data". And the Dragons had somewhat administrative like authority due to the way they were programed.
@@thechh8297I think The Npc's didn't have "actual" souls until the First Players came to the New World, They were originally just Data. So When the Dragons were using Wild Magic they were really using " Data" to fuel it as a part of the Games Design. But Now that the NPCs are "Real" and have actual free will using their "Souls" might be more different since their state of Existence is fundamentally different
I'm trying to say that possibly Prior to The New World becoming an " Real World" the concept of " Souls" on existed in the System as Data So when Dragons used Wild Magic the sacrifices were essentially just Data. But when the Game Became "Real" The souls gained actual sentience so they Dragons couldn't use it freely a more because Actual Souls weren't apart the original system

I have a serious question why didn't the spell used to bring world items into reality just brought world items without players if it can do anything why didn't it bypass the the rule that a world item can't be stolen from another player by any means unless the owner is killed or some condition is met by the effect of the world item.
Please do a lore video on the dragon lords
do videos on explaining the light novels past vol 14
Great video dude but please slow down your pace! This could very well be a 15 min video, had to pause quite often to make sure the concepts sank into my brain before continuing
I was wondering about reviving a person/characters in overlord. is the Death penalty losing Lv. or Exp.!?
Man thats wild. 🤩
where was it confirmed that wild magic created Climb's ring?
i have a theory on the time gaps between the arrival of players in the new world, is because of the time gaps of the servers the game had. games have servers for each time zone around the world. source material says ydrassil was popular in Japan, dosnt mean it wasnt elsewhere in the world either.
👍
Can you please cover the first seasons and compare them to the light novels?
can you do a video on the greed kings and some of the events of the past in the new world maybe lay it out better than the LN and the anime its sorta confusing
Does an unborn child has souls? If yes, can it be use for wild magic? Dark dark world
We all know that the most powerfull magic in Overlord are microtransactions.
I have a theory
Ainz Dark wisdom skill can steal magic spell
If Ainz KILL dragon Lord that magic or wild magic
Transfer to Ainz
And another theory
If the dragon queen in the
draconic kingdom
Transfer wild magic to Ainz
Thank you for taking so long hurry up you'll make more money
I know it from the light novels because the way I was watching it Hulu never showed me season 4
who was responsible for making Gazef's ring and other wild magic items.
Pdl made gazef ring
My theory is that the presence of mana itself interferes with wild magic. The 8 greed kings brought mana into the new world along with tier magic, and using that system spread mana through the world, generating zones of ambient mana. From then on creatures began to adapt and absorb mana, becoming capable of tier magic. Their descendants were born with innate mana and some of them began to manifest mana and tier magic related talents. Dragon Lords are capable of wild magic because in their isolation they have remained pure enough to be free of the mana taint. Perhaps if a tier magic user managed to completelly devoid itself of mana he could become capable of casting wild magic.
nice
😍👍
Just give me more power.
I just wanna hear your shit and your holding out on me man
Wonder if pdl could recreate world items with wild magic
@@FieryMeltman Not sure about that, technically the world items where originally recreated from the game into the world
New world is just modded Yggdrasil
martial arts explained?
Can Pandora beat PDL in a 1v1?
He can beat the armour but not pdl real body because pdl is stronger than ainz and shalltear
please review the new Bleach 🙏😁
Do season 1-3
Yes Please!
Ha! T4S references hahahaha!! Goodtimes
Fr first
Do chainsaw man, do chainsaw man!!🎉🎉😂
Enjoyed the video! Only thing is I use wireless earbuds and the background audio with lyrics sometimes makes it harder to hear your voice.
What?
@@thechh8297I think The Npc's didn't have "actual" souls until the First Players came to the New World, They were originally just Data. So When the Dragons were using Wild Magic they were really using " Data" to fuel it as a part of the Games Design. But Now that the NPCs are "Real" and have actual free will using their "Souls" might be more different since their state of Existence is fundamentally different
@@markwalker091 What? I'm pretty sure I'm not understanding what it is you're trying to say.
@@markwalker091 oh. No, the New World was always real.
Only the players and NPCs are from the game Yggdrasil.
The True Dragon Lords that use Wild Magic are from the New World as well, and were always real beings.
Video is much better with watching you actually speaking
Watch the f***ing show😂
Here is my like 👍
Amazing video can you make character analysis too? Like Rigrit and Fluder Paradyne!!!
Thank you!
