Hiking and camping in Big Bend National Park - Backpacking to Emory Peak

This was our 4th time visiting Big Bend National Park, but the first time we backpacked and set up camp inside the park. We started our hike around 11 o clock in the morning, reached Emory Peak by 2pm, and then continued towards the South Rim, where our camping spot number 4 was located. The evening was cool and the stars bright, and getting to continue the loop back to the car in the morning straight from the South Rim was awesome. Looking forward to yet another adventure in our favourite Texas park!
