    I go gym once a week and deadlift 160kg 3 reps and I'm 50s come on guys 😂

      Hey man, we can’t all be strong 50 year olds.. not that I’m jealous, we will see if we can get there in 20 years time 🤣

      @threesacrowd123 sorry if sounded nasty. If it's any consolation I've type 2 diabetes as well. I got nowhere going gym constantly at my age just deadlift now twice a month. The secret is low weight ten reps for a year at start 😛. You lads are young 🌱 I'm sure recover wayyyy quicker than me. You could get too 200kg in 3 years easily just doing once a week for 30 mins 😎
