wifi doesnt cost any extra, depending on your internet provider it should be free,providing you dont go over your usage amount, if unlimited usage then it's completely free , it's the same for pay as you go and bill pay phones
In my opinion I think they're all great phones. If you're on a low budget I'd recommend you get the Sony xperia U or P. But I'd get the xperia S coz that's a beast of a phone!
i was also worried about the battery being non-removable but, we can't do anything about it. just download apps which can help you save battery life and adjust some settings like the display settings or turn off the bravia engine then you'll be fine with it. the memory isn't an issue coz SONY and LG android phones have the ability to get 50GB more memory for free aside from its 32GB out of the box memory. just go to BOX.net and get the 50GB for free! always bring your charger with you for batt.

When the new card comes out, I put it in. When the phone is boring, I swap the card in and keep rolling. The lesson here is options; the more options you have with your phone, the happier your phone experience. Fact.

If you need a screwdriver to get to a battery, the battery is NON (consumer) REMOVABLE! Don't believe me, buy one, open one and see what Sony say about the warranty! Anything is removable with a screwdriver! How the hell would they fix it otherwise?! Facts straightened. (previous Xperia X1 & X10 owner)
@Renasense Battery is in fact removable, get your facts straights. You'll just need the correct screw driver and a brain. For the memory card argument. If you don't have enough flash storage, buy a usb stick and use usb on the go. Not to mention the 32GB build in storage is a whole lot faster than regular memory cards, check the I/O performance on xperia S benchmarks, you'll be amazed
