I have used it in cleaning valve plug of multi stacked disks including zigzag holes of size less than 2 mm and depth of about 10 mm and it was very effective after failed trial with normal cleaning method by steaming and chemical cleaning But not sure about the applicability in other application and for other fouling or deposition contents
