I'm not a Tim McGraw fan, in fact I hate country music. But I am into fitness and I picked up this book at the library and I have to say it's awesome. Thinking of buying a copy for myself.

yeah but nothing wrong with, it should be a crime NOT to be on trt that age, everyone over 40 should get their levels tested and get to it.
