Forgive my awful looking hands. I have been working with alcohol ink and I can’t get the stuff off of my hands or out from under my fingernails. 😂
I didn’t even notice the stains. I made some very strong instant coffee yesterday and dyed a lot of papers and folders and I couldn’t believe how much the coffee would stain my hands. I’ve always just used my leftover breakfast coffee in the past and never stained my hands. I noticed the papers have a strong smell - nauseating smell, and I’m a coffee lover, which is strange. I have everything in a big ziplock bag with baking soda hoping it’ll absorb the odor. Any suggestions? Sachets maybe?
@@miarenee6703- Is the baking soda working? Otherwise, I am if no use to help you out. I’m really sorry about that. However, I would’ve suggested baking soda as well, so I think you’re doing the right thing and on the right path. Id be real interested to know if it worked well or not.

I’m not sure if you know, and I’d find myself remiss if I don’t share what you might or might not care about. So please just take this as extra information and do with it what you will. Please also know I am not doing this to be mean either. I am simply sharing information.
As I was perusing your channel content, I’ve noticed you’ve had some Temu hauls. I just want you to be aware that they do not treat their people very well at all. If you’ve ever wondered how they are able to have such low prices for new customers, it’s because they’ve forced the store owners with this merchandise to sell far below cost, meaning not only are they unable to come out even, they’re the ones that have to take the loss. They’re also denied a say in what they’d like to sell their goods at what price for new customers.
Please feel free to look up articles that explain the negative aspects to Temu.
I am a paper crafter. I enjoy learning how to make folios, greeting cards for family and friends, gift card holders, decorative gift boxes and so much more, like tassels and making covers for composition notebooks that I’ve watched your channel create. I’ve been doing this for a few years now, and since we do not have a Hobby Lobby in our state, or a Tuesday’s store, or even any of the Dollar stores among others. So, I’m always looking for places that are able to mail them to me at decent prices.
I’ve purchased a lot of products through Aliexpress, and have found shops that have amazing people who sell through Aliexpress,as well as some designers for these stores. I buy a lot of dies, and I like to buy them from businesses that create their own or have designers they purchase their designs from. I am quite aware that there are stores who have ripped off American companies and others of their original designs. Thankfully, Aliexpress shuts them down when they find them. Unfortunately, these businesses who steal from others will pop back up after some time and under a different store name.
Over the years,I’ve found some really great store owners that only have originals because they either design their own or hire designers for. KSCRAFTS is my favorite and not only have I gotten to know them, but their designer from the Netherlands too. I will have to come back with her name, since my mind has gone completely blank right now. She is an absolute dear and works so hard with her craft. She also has a YOU TUBE channel.
The other stores are Midodo, she is young and designs all of her dies. She’s not only sweet and kind, she’s absolutely brilliant. Panalisa is the same way, she’s really sweet and works so hard for her and her young son.
I will share more stores another time, since it’s getting late. I just wanted to let you know there are some great stores under Aliexpress. Plus, their shipping times have decreased considerably. I’ve been receiving some of my purchases in less than a week and within two weeks. So much better than a month or two. In my opinion, they had to revamp their shipping and handling to better compete with Temu.

Thank you for this video! I am new to making journals, and I just recently bought some jewelry making tools to make JJ Jewelry. I have never thought of making the tassel instead of ordering them pre made. This will save us some money 😊❤
