There are none of the ETTC presenters that I don't like. Old or new, they all have their personalities and their charm. I get great pleasure from watching them all. But Jules... dear Jules... he has something extra. His bonhomie just lifts my day every time I watch him! Lovely couple, properties, and episode in general. I hope it worked out for them wherever they bought and settled.
Sometimes I think people place too much emphasis on a particular section of the house. If you are diligent you will make any property your home. I love my kitchen but the rest of my house is slowly becoming what I would like it to be. My garden is my priority and that is where my heart is. I do live next door to my mother and we give each other encouragement and we are good company for each other.
Jules heartfelt laugh when he can surprise potential buyers is just precious!😃 Episodes filmed during the summer months fill my heart with so much joy and I can almost feel the warmth of the sun on my skin! My favourite this time was the mystery house! PS: I wonder how many children they have by now (if God allowed)...☺️
Another lovely episode another lovely couple and the gorgeous Jules...but again disappointingly no ending..****.cant the producers revist some of these couples and see what they did and let us know...we (your faithful followers, all nearly 10K of us) all faithfully watch most episodes but its like finding the last page of the book missing...
Loved house 1, liked house 2 as well, preferred the village location although the house needed re-working imo. Mystery was lovely too. I get her hesitation on the upstairs though.
My favourite was the 2nd house. That master ensuite was really lovely. I also love the holiday let being part of the house which still makes it a full family home if it won't be let out.
I completely understand their interest in house 1 as it had the space and was ready to move in. To me it felt somewhat generic. Personally I would have gone for house #2. It was lovely with a stunning garden and it being so much under budget, they could have made changes to the admittedly weird layout. Which the price of the mystery house did not allow.
Minute 9:40. They want to be near the market town of Ludlow. So their first house will be in the FARTHEST NORTH of the county on the opposite end of Ludlow. Good grief.
I think E to the C. has to go where the couple’s budget leads them. The closer to popular towns, the higher the prices. Jules did his best. Plus, many couples just want to be shown around the area and often are pleasantly surprised by areas they had not considered before actually visiting to see what the area had to offer.
One could turn what you say around. I detest men who MUST have their ‘man caves’ or their workshops! A woman typically spends more time in the house so her wants need to be considered equally. I did get the impression with this couple that she was the stronger personality!
It’s beats me why ANYONE would prefer old and dilapidated ran down ancient houses , not to mention POKEY !! New and contemporary you’d think people would want.

I love what you wrote. Being next to your mother and all. My garden is where my heart is too

#3 had a lovely place where children could be safe and play all day 😂

I soooo agree. Revisit some of the nicer couples to see where they have landed. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Hoping they are happy wherever they are, lovely sweet couple! I love the garden in #3 🌸
Precious couple. Seen this episode 3 times through the years.

Me too, I'm somewhat addicted.
Mystery house was my favourite. Beautiful and georgeus garden.

Happy dance!!! Hope you get a good nap!
"Shropshire's a bit of a hidden gem, not many people know about it"... not like it's been on maps for centuries lol
Jason seems like such a decent bloke. Wonder if they made it to the country.
Very enjoyable Norwegian I would like to see a revisit

Me too, I already left a comment before I saw yours. I loved number 2 more
A house without anything nearby? They're going to regret their decision SO MUCH.

The husband had a better vision. not sure the wife knew what she wanted but, lovely couple in general

Well, we certainly know who runs the house! Women like this drive me nuts, and I am a woman.
