In a accidental emergency, pt is not conscious, plus is not present, need urgent CPR.
1st problem we face pt have blood collection in a mouth,
Ager hum pt ko surface par supine position dete hai to aspiration ka risk ho jata hai hmm kese manage kre.

This is a typical condition. At the accident site, you don't have suction.
First priority is scene safety. You need to shift the patient to a safe place. During this shifting, try to empty the patient's mouth but very carefully because during turning and shifting, patient's spine can be damaged.
Alternative option is to put a cloth in the patient's mouth to absorb the blood.
When sufficient blood has been absorbed by cloth, turn the head to one side but only if the spine is not injured.
But in any case, top most priority must be given to CPR.
Because considering the balance between risk and benefit, the patient "might" die due to aspiration, but will "definitely" die without CPR. So CPR becomes priority.
Also, in case of aspiration, we again come to CPR process only.

In post marterm shown as coronary artery disease stopped blood flow.massive heart attack. We had heart history as his father had bypass at age 50. Is it heart attack or cardiac arrest ?
