It's also a surprisingly good dungeon crawler, though this is my first dungeon crawler. It appears to be way up there with the likes of Crystal Project and SaGa Scarlet Grace in terms of having actually good turn-based combat.
I kind of got lucky that my chosen party comp essentially hard counters this boss. The few guides that exist say bow rangers are pretty bad, and I'm inclined to agree since it feels like you're required to run a Wizard with Northern Wind Weapon to drop the normally high bow stamina costs to 0, which allowed my ranger to attack without having to rest every 3rd turn.
