That is coz the other 2 contacts need a resistence between them to fool the camera to think that the battery is charged. You should charge a battery, measure the resistence between the contacts and add a resitence of the same value.
@@cosanostraproducciones6186 my camera automatically turned off after 22 sec. I dont know why. I will add resistance to avoid low battery signal. Is there anything I should add?
Everything he says is correct but There is a need for a board here that is 5v dc to 32v dc I gave it in the link description it will work 100%! - www.amazon.in/dp/B08K3MTF68/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_0SA4BS45MV3Z866Z201Q
Awesome Project. From Indonesia
I prefer to put a cable instead of a dc female connection in the battery. The dummy is nice
Why don't you use the components on the board & just use an external 3.7v battery?
Nice, keep going man
I tried it on the Cannon Rebel T5 but it says "Change battery Pack" every time I turn it on.
Same here. Have you solved it?

So the other pins/contacts are not nessesary?
It won't work with this simple wire connection. Solder a 10K resistor to Negative and T and see how it goes.
good but some narration could have helped
The way you explained things was great. Oh wait you didn't bother to explain things. Awful idea imo.
lol its deosnt work
