But sure, if they didn't have all this other shit, the amount of ppl that actually care to see the fights would go down tremendously. Best marketing and promotion in the history of combat sports.

Actual if you watched ufc for the past 10 years like I have. You'd know, Dustin is a much better fighter than Chandler. His resume Connor x2 Max Holloway X2, Justin Gaethje and more. He's also faced far stiffer competition than Chandler.
This has to be one of the nicest interviews I watched! Great questions, great answers and amazing characters. I really wish Chandler wins this one, I'm counting the hours until the event.

Michael Chandler quickly became my favorite fighter once he got to UFC. He is a breath of fresh air in this fake trash talk era. Love some REAL animosity but often times in fights it's so forced it doesn't translate well.

michael chandler is physical machine with above average (for the top 10) fighting skills but the thing that hurts him the most is his fight iq , he doesn't analyse his opponents or create plans to counter them as well or as fast as other fighters . and because of that he got knocked down multiple times . he has tp adjust that for the dustin fight because if he goes straight forward at dustin and doesn't use traps , it's gonna be a bad night for him .

Chandler is a legend. You can never count him out against anybody because of his speed, power and wrestling ability. To beat Chandler you have to KO him. He's never been submitted. But this is his last chance if he doesn't beat Poirier his run is over and the same goes for Poirier. Gaethje, Poirier and Chandler better start winning or else they will have to start fighting the young hungry up and coming fighters like Tsarukyon, Gamrot and Fiziev.

No, Dustin is the favorite because he proved his spot. He beat Gaethje, Alvarez, Conor 2x, Holloway 2x, Pettis and many more. Chandler is 2-2 in the UFC so far and the wins are against guys who are on their way out of the rankings.

That’s what I was thinking almost, if chandler wins that could be a potential comeback fight, mcgregors better than both of them with boxing and kicks except with Dustin he’s a better boxer than chandler so it’d be harder to land his ko shot and Dustin has a chin that can take his shots, with chandler ik for a fact he’ll stand with him and won’t wrestle.
