BenQ was kind enough to send ‪@sleepaudiobooks‬ their Trevolo U Speakers for us to review. They reached out to us because their Trevolo U speakers are specifically designed for voice clarity.
Since @sleepaudiobooks is all about falling asleep to soothing voices, we thought it was a good match so we tested it out to see if it could be a helpful product for sleep.

The review:
The Trevolo U offers multiple sound options for different scenarios so that voice is crisp and audible.
The speaker rotates through three distinct listening options:
Music Mode: Has rich bass and balanced audio for music
Video Learning Mode: Crisp high frequency and clear audio for listening to podcasts, audio books, and videos with someone speaking
Live Learning Mode: Audio that filters out background sounds and turns on a microphone to participate in online video calls and virtual classrooms
It also provides an app where you can customize a sound profile to best match your individual hearing capabilities
At its current price of $209, these speakers are designed for online learning, virtual meetings, and video calls. With the mic and background noise removal, these speakers will excel in a remote office setting, while also being portable for regularly daily use.
If you are looking for loud music speakers that you can throw in a bag and take to the beach, these speakers will probably not be a good fit. However if you want to listen to music at a moderate volume, while working indoors, these will do just fine.
Bottom line- excellent virtual meeting speakers that can also second as everyday indoor use portable speakers.
Q: BUT ARE THEY GOOD FOR SLEEP?
A: YES! The speakers have great settings to highlight voice, as well as volume settings that can get very low. The combination makes these speakers perfect for sleep as long as you sleep in your own room (or your partner loves @sleepaudiobooks too!)
