you can contact us on China Admissions platform. For bachelor's there are no, or very few, scholarships for programs in English, mostly Chinese programs can get csc for bachelor's

When selecting 'Apply as' the options are: bachelor's degree, master's degree, doctor's degree, general scholar and senior scholar
I believe you can apply for scholarships to work in universties in China as professor etc. Maybe that's that.
